Bernstein at Harvard
This chapter provides a glimpse into the early years of Leonard Bernstein. It begins with an account of how Bernstein discovered his love for music, and then looks at his freshman year as a music student in Harvard. It then introduces three men who greatly inspired Bernstein: David Prall, Aaron Copland, and Marc Blitzstein.
